Enviromental Policy

We, at NationGate Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd are fully committed to the greener enviroment protection in related operational activities through continual improvement of PDCA cycle in effective Enviromental Management System (EMS) through:

1. Waste Minimization & Pollution Prevention
Shall preserve, converse, minimize waste of resources, and ensure work enviroment
free from pollution and recognized hazards.

2. Legal and Regulations
Shall comply to relevant Malaysia Enviromental, Health and Safety Laws for controlling hazardous chemical substances in products and material.

3. Enviromental Review
Shall conduct periodic Management Review of the policy, objectives and targets to
ensure suitability and effective implementation of the enviromental management program.

4. Communication of Interface
Shall communicate to all employees to ensure adequancy in enviromental awareness,
skill, knowledge and competency.

5. Publicity
Shall communicate and promote awareness to customers and suppliers. Shall make the enviromental policy available to the public upon request.
